HANNA MARIE HUTCHISON www.hmhcouture.com
Designer Hanna Marie Hutchinson is inspired by the beauty of nature and always strives to execute perfection in evening wear design. Each gown on display tonight can be manufactured in any pantone of colour making each gown exclusive to the client.
The collection has a Grecian theme running through the designs that have been beautifully draped in order to flatter and compliment the female form. The collection is contemporary and certain designs can be draped in several ways making the design adaptable and different at every angle. When buying a gown from HMH Couture the experience is special and unique.
Famous Clients
Since graduating Hanna has been designing and manufacturing exclusive evening gowns building up an impressive range of celebrity clients.
In November 2008 Hanna designed an evening gown for
Joanna Taylor
and a charity ball for the charity CLIC Sergent. Hanna received excellent feedback and coverage from the commission and therefore went on to design and manufacture a whole collection to encapsulate her style and expertise in evening wear.
Hanna has also worked with Natasha Kaplinsky, Lucy Alexander
and worked for celebrity tailor Gresham Blake. Her work has been greatly received from a high profiled clientele.
Lucy Alexander says,
Hanna has made me the dress from heaven! Id been looking for my dream red dress for so long and when I saw someone wearing one of Hannas creations, that was itlove at first sight. The dress fits beautifully, falls so elegantly and for such a sexy, tight-fitting dress, its
amazingly flattering on my curvy figure. Hannas attention to detail is extraordinary and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her as one of the most inventive, patient and dedicated designers around today. She can make any woman feel like a million dollars and if a designer can do that for women, theyll go far!

Petras inspiration for her designs comes from unusual and traditional items, objects and places.
Moravian Collection
The main concept for the Moravian Collection consists of exaggerated shapes; big shoulders, collars and skirts with ball shapes attached. In this collection digital print has been used.
Inspiration for the S/S 2010 collection came from three areas; admirable, traditional Moravian costume from the south-east region of the Czech Republic, Hussein Chalayans exhibition at the Design Museum and the abstract and circular shapes of an artist named Wassily Kandinsky. Famous Czech photographer Jan Saudek also provided ideas.
Work Experience
Petra has gained a wide range of experience working as a dresser at Ana Sekularac fashion show, wardrobe assistant at ELLE4LISA, with Fashion Designer Emilio de la Morena, High Street supplier Encoda Design and Graphic Design Agency Graspo.
Petra Taoujni
Originally from Bombay, Tanielle has had the opportunity to work for international fashion companies like Dolce and Gabbana, Burberry and BROWNS whilst studying at the prestigious Central Saint Martins College of Fashion in London.
Her Graduate Collection of womenswear, accessories and shoes reflects an eclectic, kitsch and colourful quirkiness with traditional ethnic flashes. Inspired by the markets of Bombay and the psychedelic dollybirds of the swinging sixties in the west, it is a melange of chaotic Indian street hawkers, cosmic go-go mods and kaleidoscopic graffiti art, expressing her love for bold colour, embellishment and Indian craftsmanship.
Bombay is a cheeky hybrid of Indian suburbia that smells more of the future than the past. It is exciting and dares to be different like when we were young and free in the sixties. It was a time of fun.
Colour has always been a key feature of her design and highlights the collection. Her prints explore graphic versions of technicolour kites, pinwheels and pompoms. The fabrics used are hand-woven tweeds and silks from India.
The Art Nouveau revival of the sixties stimulates her designs for accessories and shoes. The bags and clutches boast exquisite hand carved wooden handles of patterns combining art nouveau and Indian motifs. The shoes compliment the bags with similar hand carved heels in vivid colours.
